You care about your faith. You want to be disciplined. But work expands, family needs change, energy drops, and the plan you made on a strong day quietly disappears on a hard one.
The Steady Rule helps you stop rebuilding your life every Monday. You will create a clear, realistic, and sustainable Personal Rule—with realistic fallbacks for the days that do not go as planned.
THE METHOD
This is not a collection of forty disconnected devotionals. Each phase advances the same Rule from honest diagnosis to independent practice.
DAYS 1–10
Audit your current reality, protect real responsibilities, and build Rule V1 within your actual capacity.
DAYS 11–24
Practice Rule V1, use your fallbacks without treating them as failure, and gather honest evidence without spiritual scorekeeping.
DAYS 25–33
Identify patterns, apply the Steady Test, and make only the changes the evidence supports.
DAYS 34–40
Practice Rule V2, reduce dependence on prompts, and finalize the Day 41 Rule you will continue using independently.
A GUIDED DAY
Open the Field Guide, follow the day’s brief instruction, complete the linked exercise when directed, and continue practicing your Rule. From Day 11 onward, use the Steady Check to record whether each practice was Done, Adapted, or Missed. Most guided sessions take about 10–15 minutes, separate from the practices you choose.
A WHOLE-LIFE RULE
Your Rule is not just a devotional schedule. It accounts for the responsibilities, limits, and rhythms that shape the life you are actually living.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The Field Guide tells you exactly when to open each tool and where to continue. You never have to invent the workflow.

Your daily hub for Build, Practice, Refine, and Continue—with direct navigation to every exercise.

Build and test your Rule through the audit, Capacity Gate, Rule V1, Steady Test, and Rule V2.

Record each practice as Done, Adapted, or Missed. Notice patterns without turning discipline into a verdict on your spiritual worth.

Continue independently with your Day 41 Rule, review templates, Reset Protocol, and Season-Change Protocol.
SEE INSIDE THE SYSTEM
These are actual interior pages—not illustrative mockups. They show how instruction, practice, review, and continuation work together.

THE CAPACITY GATE
The system limits the number of commitments you can approve, requires realistic fallbacks, and protects essential responsibilities before additional practices are added.
BUILT FOR REAL RESPONSIBILITY
✓You take your Christian faith seriously, but struggle to live your values consistently.
✓You have tried strict routines that collapsed when work, family, or energy changed.
✓You want structure without legalism, guilt, or spiritual performance.
✓You want a plan that includes realistic fallback practices—not a plan that assumes perfect days.
✓You want your disciplines to serve faithfulness, responsibility, and love.
✓You are ready to build a Rule for your season instead of copying someone else’s life.
No perfect schedule, 5 a.m. routine, athletic background, particular marital status, or flawless consistency required.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
By Day 40, you will have a tested Day 41 Rule with clear practices, rhythms, boundaries, fallbacks, and review habits—plus a protocol for interruptions and changing seasons.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. Scripture and Christian principles ground the system, but the product is a guided discipline framework. Every day advances the same Personal Rule rather than presenting forty unrelated devotionals.
Most guided days are designed for about 10–15 minutes. Weekly Rule Reviews take about 15–20 minutes. Your personal practices are separate and chosen within your own capacity.
No. The Rule is built around your real responsibilities, energy, schedule, and season. The system does not prescribe a universal wake-up time or devotional method.
Yes. The six-field framework is shared, while the actual commitments are personal. The Responsibilities & Family field adapts to the responsibilities you actually carry.
You do not restart. The Steady Check records Done, Adapted, or Missed. The Reset Protocol helps you return after interruption without turning one hard day into a full collapse.
No. The Steady Check records evidence, but the complete system helps you define a realistic Rule, protect essential responsibilities, limit recurring commitments, and revise the Rule when your life changes.
It is designed to do the opposite. Discipline is treated as a tool for practical faithfulness—not as a measure of your spiritual worth. Done, Adapted, and Missed are observations, not spiritual scores.
No. The system is broadly Christian and does not prescribe a universal prayer schedule, devotional method, fasting practice, Sabbath interpretation, or denominational routine.
You receive eight downloadable PDF files: print and linked editions of the Field Guide, plus print and fillable editions of the Workbook, Steady Check, and Day 41 Kit. Together, the four tools contain 178 purpose-built pages arranged as one guided system.
